2. Products and availability

We aim to describe our products and show colours and images accurately. Slight differences may arise due to screen settings. Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown during checkout before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If a clear pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to agree on a solution; we will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

4. Ordering

When placing an order, please provide accurate contact and delivery details. You will receive an electronic confirmation. If there is a problem with stock, payment or order fulfilment, we will contact you. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

5. Delivery

Available destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If no delivery period has been agreed, applicable consumer law governs the time for delivery. Contact us if your order is delayed or missing.

6. Returns and statutory withdrawal

EU consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. 7. Faulty goods and legal guarantee

Goods must conform to the contract. If an item is defective, damaged or not as described, contact us at info@stolenatelier.com. We will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Your statutory remedies are not limited by these terms.

8. Website and intellectual property

Our website content, including brand names, artwork, text, photographs and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without permission, except as allowed by law. You agree not to misuse or disrupt the website.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability or consumer remedies that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. We are not responsible for issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

We process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy available on our website.

11. Applicable law and complaints
