14-day returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start, email info@stolenatelier.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
For a change-of-mind return, items should be unworn, unused and, where reasonably possible, returned with their original tags and packaging. You may inspect or try on clothing as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item may reduce your refund.

Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can provide the correct return instructions. Our current policy says a return label is supplied after approval; ask us whether any return shipping costs apply before shipping.
Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. You can exercise this right by sending us a clear statement by email. After notifying us, you generally have another 14 days to send the goods back. This statutory right is separate from any additional voluntary return conditions.
When you withdraw from the full order, we refund the product price and standard outbound delivery charge, where required by law. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery method are not refunded. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or proof of return before issuing the refund. Statutory refunds are made within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, subject to that right to withhold. The refund is made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange a solution in accordance with your legal rights. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods are not affected by this return policy.
Exchanges
For a different size or item, please contact us. The quickest option may be to return the original item and place a new order.
