Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from STOLEN.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Items must be free from stains, odors, washing, or damage
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Underwear, socks, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products

Return Process
- Email us with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item(s) back to the provided return address
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
